मशरूम फार्मिंग यानी नियंत्रित वातावरण में खाने योग्य फंगस (मुख्यतः बटन, ऑयस्टर और मिल्की मशरूम) की खेती, जो पास्चराइज़्ड कम्पोस्ट या भूसे के सब्सट्रेट पर की जाती है। एक कमर्शियल साइकल लगभग 60 दिन का होता है — फिलिंग/स्पॉनिंग, 14-16 दिन स्पॉन रन, केसिंग, पिनिंग और 3 फ्लश हार्वेस्ट। बटन मशरूम को 14-18°C तापमान और 85-95% नमी चाहिए, इसीलिए भारत में PUF इंसुलेटेड क्लाइमेट-कंट्रोल्ड ग्रो रूम इस्तेमाल होते हैं।
