What is a mushroom farming DPR?

A mushroom farming DPR (Detailed Project Report) is the bankable document a lender or subsidy agency reads before sanctioning a project. It carries the technical build-up (grow rooms, compost unit, machinery BOQ), the means of finance, a 5-year P&L and cash flow, term-loan sizing and the DSCR ladder. Which DPR should I read first?

What is the difference between DPRs with and without a compost unit?

A with-compost DPR funds an on-site 20T or 30T Phase-III composting yard, so capex is higher but the farm controls compost quality and cost per cycle. A without-compost DPR assumes externally procured Phase-III compost, which is the lightest capex entry route — for example the 2 × 18×40 ft 100 kg/day model at ₹54.34 lakh.

Will a bank accept these sample DPRs as they are?

The samples are reference reports showing the exact structure, BOQ depth and financial format that banks, NABARD, MIDH and NHB expect. For a sanction you need a DPR built on your own land, capacity, costs and repayment profile — MushroomWale prepares that customised bankable DPR in 7–14 days.

Are the costs in these DPRs current?

The figures follow the MushroomWale 2026 master rate schedule at the time each report was issued. Prices move with steel, PUF and machinery markets, GST at 18% and transportation are extra, and any additional client demand is charged extra.
