Climate and your power bill
Coimbatore's summer peak of 37°C keeps the compressor at full load for longer, so summer power bills run highest. An 18×40 ft room draws up to 8.55 kW — about ₹77 an hour at full load at ₹9 a unit. The machine does not change with the weather; the hours it runs at full load do.
